Catalin joined Ubisoft in 2007 as a programmer and over time covered many of the possible topics: gameplay, network, engine, tools, user interface, physics. He always gravitated around tech topics in his various roles, starting as a programmer, then a lead programmer, programming director, producer, and now the studio's technology director. He gets easily bored with stagnation and needs to tackle new challenges.
