Marc Maier has been with MassMutual for over six years and leads the Risk & Product Data Science team, focusing on improving underwriting, modernizing actuarial functions, and tackling societal issues around wellness, fairness, and transparency. He also previously launched and directed the Data Science Development Program at MassMutual. Marc earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2014.
