Adrian Cosma is a Chapter Lead in ING Tech Romania, working in the OnePAM Touchpoint Platform team. The platform supports simplifying and standardizing ING`s banking applications and creating modularly built system, free from constrains and limitations we face today, representing a big step towards a globally scalable banking platform.

Before joining ING Tech Romania in 2018, he built his 8-year experience with Java-based technologies as a Software Developer.
