Maria has been in the tech industry for more than 15 years with a background in the early days as a developer and then mostly leading positions. Maria is now the Development Director at Kambi, a company with customers across 6 continents, and has an overall responsibility for more than 30 high skill development teams allocated in Bucharest, Stockholm, Uppsala, Manila and Tallinn.

Before joining Kambi Maria was leading agile transformation journey but nowadays, since Kambi has been agile from the start, she works with constant improvements with focus on people, way of working and processes. Maria is very passionate about the tech industry in general and is a big fan of giving the organization mandate to make decisions, contribute and grow. Diversity is another subject that lies close to her heart and she sees diversity as something that also comes down to personalities and not only gender, age and ethnicity.
