Starting as an iOS developer, Oana grew into product management through hands on experience and continuous learning. Before joining EveryMatrix, she helped build a small business as one of its co-founders, an experience that taught her to be proactive, responsive, and resourceful in any situation. Today, she is focused on improving and unifying disparate product processes and helping teams transform their ideas into practical solutions.
