IT Development at Kambi consists of people constantly trying to improve the process of turning user stories into shippable code.
We’re dedicated to value-driven development and we think lean software development is a great way of achieving that and use Scrum to support efforts along the road.
We see the IT development department as a community. We are a team of 150+ developers across all locations working together, helping each other solving problems. Inspired by the Swedish culture, we have clear structures of responsibilities, but no hierarchy.
Our managers have another role to play than in many other organisations. They lead their development teams and create a game plan where the teams can solve the problems. We make sure the decisions are made by those who will implement them.
Kambi is a B2B leading provider of premium sports betting and technology services for licensed operators in regulated markets. We deliver the ultimate Sportsbook service, from frontend user interface to customer intelligence, risk management and odds compiling, all built upon software we have developed in house.
Our technology is impressive, but is the humans behind it that make us special. From data analysts, product owners and developers, to risk managers and traders, Kambi’s people know how to leverage our powerful tech for optimal performance, producing outstanding results for those that partner with us.
