In the last two decades, the Agile Manifesto brought
pivotal changes to the way of working in product and even non-product teams. At
METRO.digital, we are starting a revolution to help teams become truly
agile and more effective, via extending the sets of values that matter most,
besides the one in the original Agile Manifesto. These sets of values are
derived from the current best practices on product and design thinking, and we
are in the process of sharing these values with all product teams and
stakeholders. During the talk, I will share with you know how that is going at
METRO.digital, and maybe we could inspire you to bring this set of values onto

years of experience in Business and Product Development with a special focus on
